Cold working

A goal coming to work for Remark was to get a sense of a glass business and what is needed to run it. Another goal was to pick up on more cold working skills and to be more confident in it, I cold worked for many hours working on my fellowship doing different things. A favorite skill I became good at was beveling edges of the glass, which made it smooth and clean looking. I would cut over 70 bottles some days on the saw and had to make sure to go slow and be patient which was hard for me at first not having the best patience. Later in my fellowship I was using a level to make sure when grinding a lot of glass of that it would be level.
